HEALTHY TIPS TO LIVE LIFE HEALTHIER


"Finally! I get the body I like, and I'm keep it for life!". We all wish to have that moment where we can finally say those things to ourselves especially to all the hardship we gave in just to achieve our body goals.

Of course we all have different body goals. Some like more muscles for them, some just want to loss few pounds, and some just wanted to stay what they have right now. We all have different likes and dislikes for our body but one thing is for sure, we have to stop at one point and live like that till the end.

So here's my quick tips you can do to help you stay fit and live healthier or stay healthy for the rest of your life.

EAT BETTER WITHOUT FEELING DEPRIVED.

For person who's on the point of losing weight, this one is the most correct way. You have to get better choices in terms of your food intake rather than depriving yourself with foods. The more you deprived yourself, you are most likely to crave for it more, which will gives you to gain more. 

When we talk about "Eating Better", we simply means to eat within the portion, balance and variety. We have to serve ourselves within the correct portion for any of our food, then we see to it that we have a source of carbohydrates, protein, fats and micro-nutrients (vitamins and minerals) in our plate and lastly, we have to make sure we have variety of colors, type of food we take in a day so we can get more chance of having different nutrients to our body with our food intake.

STAY ACTIVE NO MATTER WHAT WEIGHT YOU ARE NOW.

You don't have to go to the gym, get a membership just to keep you active. A simple thousands steps or walking in a day is also considered as staying active. If you sit to your office long enough, you can also stand up, walk around for a while or for at least a 15 minutes break from sitting is considered as being active. Though it doesn't gives you fast burning calories, but you still give yourself a chance to move. So, stay active means doing something you don't usually do in a day but you try to shift movements just to exert effort of moving around.

This apply to all, even your weight is at normal range. It also help your body to function well and stay alert. Your body functions become more active if they release energy. Your metabolism work faster if they exert energy and it only become more active if you keep moving. 

DITCH THE FOOD RULES, FAD DIETS AND CONFLICTING ADVICE.

We are always blinded by certain rules and fad diets where we constantly see in the internet, because you see results to them. But always remember that we all have different work loads, lifestyle, body functionality and tolerance when it comes to food. What works for them might not works for you so you have to seek professional advice where you can tell them how your body works and react to some certain foods or diets, so they can adjust it to you and let it be more personalized.

Don't ever relay your health to the internet, without proper knowledge, basic information or even researches to support those "ADVICE". Those words are usually in general terms and can never be more specific to you or may never target your concern not unless you already seek for help to assess your health condition and body.

BUILD FITNESS IN LIFE WITHOUT IT TAKING OVER.

Building fitness to your life is by being totally well physically or mentally. Giving yourself a room for being active, doing proper nutrition and manage your stress is some of the ways you can have fitness in your life without the urge of thinking too much. Stop making standards, comparing in someones life and goals. Stay focus to yourself and your goals. 

ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN YOUR GOALS EVEN YOU GET BUSY.

Lastly and the most important part is make everything you started a habit even the world challenge you a lot. Yes, there are times where you will be drag to something that will lead you to stop doing the things you supposed to do, but always keep in mind the result or the consequence it may lead. Getting a healthier life is unending battle because it doesn't stop when you achieve your goal. It only stop if you decided to stop.
